What selection of bikes do you have?

We have a wide range of bicycles for rent. From comfortable Fitness bicycles to electrical bikes and our carbon frame road bicycles with hydraulic brakes. See the offer here

What does my renting price include?

We will customize a bike for you. Depending on your size, we will prepare your bike, set up a seat and equip it with a pump, a sealed innertube, a set of patches and glue kit, and a Sigma cycling computer. Bikes are equipped with two bidon holders. You will also get a free map with suggested bike routes from us. Ion drinks, small mechanic services, a washing box, tool rental and a compressor are available.

Furthermore, if you rent a bike for a long period of time, you will receive a lock for your safety parking in the bicycle centre for 5€ as a refundable deposit. The deposit for the lock will be refunded at the moment of returning the bike and lock.

How much does it cost to rent a bike from you?

It depends on the type of the bike and the length of rental. You can find the current price list here

Is it possible to hire a bike for half a day only?

This option is not possible.

Can I hire a bike for different days, not in a row?

Yes, but it will always depend on bike availability.

What equipment comes with the bike? What should I bring if I hire a bike?

The Bike is equipped with: computer, pump, spare innertube. You have to use your own pedals and helmet.

Do you offer kid bikes, child bikes, rear seats or child bicycle trailers?

We do not offer children’s bikes, seats or trailers.

Do you hire mountain bikes?

We do not offer mountain bikes.

What exactly is a “rental day”?

The rental starts at 9 a.m. The bikes need to be back no later than 5 p.m.

Do you have bike locks?

We have a limited amount of locks, so it is always necessary to check in advance.

What happens if I don’t return the bike on time?

The bike must be returned clean, undamaged and on time by 5 p.m. The detergent box can be found outside of the cycling center. If you come later you will be asked to pay a 10€ fee. The bicycle center closes at 18:30 so it is the latest time for returning the rented bike.

Do you have any type of insurance?

The bike is insured against any damage in the event of an accident. Insurance does not include bike theft, loss of bike and tire defects. In case of theft or loss of the bike, it is necessary to pay the selling value of the bike. Spare tire is paid for 5€.

What happens if I can’t come? How does the booking cancellation policy work?

Changes to the bike rental reservation are possible. For each individual change resulting in fewer days of rental or a cheaper model, 10€ per rental is charged. There is no charge for increasing the number of days of rental or renting a more expensive model.

Cancellation policy: 3 or more days before departure 10€ per rental, 2 or fewer days before arrival 80% of the rental price max. 70€. Change and cancellation fees are chargeable in advance through the sales partner.

When I take my own bike, is there any parking space available in your workshop?

Yes. The bicycle center has a capacity for up to 440 hooks. We will always provide a place for you.

Is my bicycle safe?

The cycling center is guarded by a security camera system and provided with an alarm. All bikes are locked with a safety steel cable at night. You can also secure your bike with the lock that you receive in our cycling workshop.

Is it necessary to book my bike online?

Bikes can be booked online or on site. However, if you book on the spot, we may not have your bike size.

I’m not sure about my bike size to hire. Can you help me to choose the right size?

Of course. We will be happy to help you to find the right bike size for you. All we need is to know your height.

Do you offer any transportation to allow cyclists to ride on different routes the island?

Yes. We will be happy to arrange a transfer anywhere on the island.

What are the prices of the transport?

Prices are valid all over the island and include safe bike transfer in special bike trailer.

What happens if I have an accident on the bike?

You will receive a phone number from us that you can use in case of emergency. Our team will then assist you on the way.

Can you recommend any routes around the island?

Yes. We will be happy to provide you with a bike map created by us or you can download a .gpx routes.

Do you sell any cycling products such as water bottles (bidons) and maps?

Yes. Bidons are available for a fee of 5€. Cycling maps will be supplied free of charge.

What languages do you speak?

Czech, English and Spanish.

What are your opening hours?

During the period of cycling camp we are open daily from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Are roads safe for cycling in Mallorca?

Yes. In Mallorca there are countless quiet cycling-safe roads. In addition, the main and secondary roads have a quality asphalt surface and the drivers are considerate. We will advise you where to go.

What about road rules?

It is mandatory to use cycling helmets within  the cities for under 16 years of age, and without any exceptions out of town. Not using the helmet will be fined by the police.
