We, NaCesty.cz Travel Agency, handle personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). We have taken such organizational and security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage or other misuse of your personal data.

The personal data provided is made available only to our employees, and may be further made available to business partners and other entities in order to arrange your holiday or to adapt the website to your needs.

Ways of protecting the provided data

A. Processing of personal data for the purpose of arranging travel services

We collect and work with your personal data to the extent, in particular, title, name, surname, address, date of birth, e-mail, telephone number, IP address, etc. The purpose of processing personal data is to ensure the mediation of your holiday, ie. these are data data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract of the trip or. tourism service contracts. The legal reason for processing this personal data is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR. This data is passed on to our business partners who are involved in providing travel services for you. We process this personal data in order to create a friendly user interface and adapt our website and travel offer to your requirements. The legal reason for processing this personal data is Article 6 (1) (a). f) GDPR, ie the legitimate interest of the Travel Agency, and further Article 6 (1) (a), ie your consent provided through the browser settings. We transfer this data through Google LLC to countries outside the EU, especially the USA. We transmit data on the basis of:

• the existence of a European Commission decision on adequate protection of personal data

• the appropriate safeguards set out in The EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
